诗文	苗沛霖
释义	苗沛霖安徽凤台人。字雨三。1856年(咸丰六年)在乡组织团练，与捻军作战。次年，投靠清将胜保。后被授道员衔，控制皖北团练，独霸一方。1860年乘英法联军入侵北京之机，联络捻军，举兵反清。次年被太平天国封为奏王。1862年(同治元年)再次暗投胜保，诱俘英王陈玉成献于清军。胜保死后，又举兵叛清，1863年为陈玉成旧部所杀。
